Full Name: Honorable Dean Emeritus, Prof. Horatio Stinewoolfer PhD, L.L.D.
Age: 56
Holding three seperate doctor’s degrees in philosophy, law and political sciences, Horatio Stinewoolfer is the mouthpiece of human intelligentsia in Fictionaria. He is holding several honorary doctors in the universities of Lawpolis, Gaining and Cull Haven. The academy he came to wide public knowledge in, however, was the Edmondson Elevation College (E.E.C.) of New Greenridge, where he first presided over the faculty of humanities, later to advance to the position of E.E.C. Within this reform, the E.E.C. was also renamed Human Certitude College, H.C.C.
Among his most promising postgraduate students at the H.C.C. was a young scholarship holder from a northern mining town, named

When the Lawmaker asked Stinewoolfer to take the position of his personal political adviser and spokesperson in 2074, he resigned obediently from all academic responsibilities, applying himself exclusively to the advanced social and intellectual progress of humanity. Today, Stinewoolfer is attending highbrow television discussions on current topics every week, writing regular commentaries in the most esteemed newspapers and publications, and is regarded the most educated and influential authority in the higher circles of Fictionaria.
